Healthy & delicious Rainbow Carrots!
We are all used to eating the orange carrot, but they also come in a variety of other colors like white, yellow, purple and red! The perfect snack or side dish – sweet, tender & delicious!
- coconut oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place carrots on a lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle coconut oil (melted) onto carrots until they are evenly coated.
- Add a dash of cinnamon and some salt & pepper to taste.
- Bake for approximately 40-45 mins or until tender.
