An easy, vegan, healthy & grain free pizza crust full of great flavors and nourishing nutrition!

Our beetroot pesto is healthy and oil free, great for pizza & pasta or as a spread on bread and crackers!



  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt, pepper & seasoning

Chia egg is a simple and easy substitute used for any recipe which requires eggs. For each egg, combine 1 tbsp of chia seeds with 3 tbsp of water and let it sit in the fridge for 15 min. The mixture gets gooey and is the perfect egg replacement.



  1. Make 2 chia eggs out of 2 tbsp. chia seeds and 6 tbsp. water for the pizza dough. Stir well and place it in the fridge to sit for 15 min.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together & add the water and the chia eggs.
  3. Flatten the dough on a baking sheet & bake at 180° for about 10-15 min.
  4. Try our beetroot pesto with it.
  5. Enjoy!
