- 1 apple
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 tbsp soy yogurt
- 1 tsp almond butter
- ½ cup almond milk (if you prefer the smoothie creamier, use less milk)
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy.
