Quick & easy with no refined sugar!

A delicious and easy alternative to nut milks and other plant-based varieties.


  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup water (more or less depening on desired consistency)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • (optional: 2-3 dates for more sweetness)


  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
