Tasty, healthy & easy to make!

Hummus is a popular dish throughout the Middle East – packed with a good dose of protein, heart-healthy fats, and dietary fiber, hummus is a one of our favorite dips!


  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • optional: 1-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process/blend until a smooth paste forms.
  2. Enjoy!
