A healthy, vegan and delicious alternative to the traditional high-calorie and fat-filled alfredo sauce!
Quick & easy – get the ingredients, dump them into a blender, blend until smooth and add to your favorite pasta! Check out the recipe for Shirataki noodles with Creamy Alfredo Sauce!
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic glove
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
- Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender (or food processor). Add more milk if the consistency is too thick.
- Add to your favorite pasta & enjoy!
