A healthy, vegan and delicious alternative to the traditional high-calorie and fat-filled alfredo sauce!

  • ½ cup cashews
  • ½ cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic glove
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender (or food processor). Add more milk if the consistency is too thick.
  2. Add to your favorite pasta & enjoy!
