Our Healthy Pumpkin Tofu Pudding is dairy free, gluten free & free of refined sugar, so there is no need to worry about your diet while enjoying this dessert!
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin (or pumpkin purée)
- 1/2 block silken tofu
- 4-5 dates
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- Combine all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth and creamy.
- Allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
- Use your favorite toppings!
