Our Healthy Pumpkin Tofu Pudding is dairy free, gluten free & free of refined sugar, so there is no need to worry about your diet while enjoying this dessert!

  • 1 cup cooked pumpkin (or pumpkin purée)
  • 1/2 block silken tofu
  • 4-5 dates
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Use your favorite toppings!
