Superfoods offer amazing benefits that can improve your health and boost your immune system. We made a delicious and refreshing cream with acai berry which is one of the most nutritious and powerful foods packed with anti-oxidants, vitamins, and minerals.

Ingredients

1 Serving

    Superfood Bowl:

  • (sugar free) soy yogurt
  • ½ banana
  • coconut flakes
  • cashews
  • spelt flakes
  • hemp seeds
    Acai-Berry Cream:

  • ½ banana
  • ½ apple
  • handful of blueberries
  • acai berry powder (powder of 4-5 capsules)

Directions

  1. For the acai-berry cream blend all ingredients with an immersion blender.
  2. Place soy yogurt in a bowl and top with all other ingredients.
  3. Enjoy!

If you don´t have all ingredients, simply use your favorite toppings!
You can also try a simple version of the acai berry cream with 2 bananas and acai powder!
