Start your day with this delicious, thick and creamy fruit smoothie bowl!

You can pour this smoothie into a bowl and eat it with a spoon topped with your favorite toppings such as bite-size fruit pieces, hemp seeds, coconut flakes or nuts & seeds – or you can add a little bit more water or milk of your choice for a delicious and nutritious smoothie drink!

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 cup chopped (fresh) pineapple
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 banana
  • ½ tsp baobab powder by Organic Burst
  • ½ cup soy yogurt

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. We used hemp seeds, pumpkin kernels, cinnamon, pineapple & jackfruit chunks.
  3. Enjoy!
