  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 tbsp soy yogurt
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • ½ cup almond milk (if you prefer the smoothie creamier, use less milk)
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy.
